Florida man killed after sinkhole opens beneath his bed [Creepishly Real]
BRANDON, FLORIDA: According to local authorities, police in Florida are baffled this morning after a man disappeared into a sinkhole that opened beneath his bedroom and he vanished.
When he got there, there was no bedroom left,” Hillsborough County Fire Rescue spokeswoman Jessica Damico said. “There was no furniture. All he saw was a piece of the mattress sticking up.”
Neighbors tell Daily News that they heard screams and shouts from the house, where their were reportedly several people inside. One disturbed neighbor who preferred to remain unidentified, tells Daily News ‘I fear he may be dead’.
Calls to the local Police Department have not yet been returned.
