With news that Macy’s filed a class action lawsuit against JcPenney’s for inking a lucrative deal with Martha Stewart to sell her in home goods, rumors of tanking sales have begun to plague the retail giant. According to The Los Angeles Times, the struggling retail giant lost more than $427million during its holiday season rush — which has apparently shocked many economists.
A new marketing ‘four year’ improvement plan has already been implemented in a last bid to save JcPenney’s struggling customer-relationship and sales.
