14 more people functionally cured of HIV
PARIS, FRANCE: More good news for HIV — from an aspect. 14 more patients whom were infected have been reportedly functionally cured of the virus after being treated with anti-retroviral drug combinations following initial infection (.. a one to eight year time period..)
NPR reports that the patients still have HIV in their system, but at very low levels, nearly not their at all — and actually undetectable.
